I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York who works with adolescents and adults. I have a specialty of working with substance use disorders; seeing clients in active addiction, early sobriety, maintenance recovery, as well as family members of those who are in recovery.

I also work with clients who are working through trauma recovery, anxiety disorders and OCD, depression, adjustments to life circumstances, and a variety of other clinical concerns.

I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and open dialogue therapy. My approach to treatment planning is driven by collaborating with my client to develop a personalized approach to recovery informed by the client’s own culture, identity, and beliefs. Therapy with me will focus on developing personal insight, strengthening coping skills, and introducing meaningful behavioral change.

I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from State University of New York at New Paltz. Over the course of my career, I have worked in college counseling centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and in-home settings throughout New York City, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley.
